Settings
Configure Pigeon at Settings → Plugins → Pigeon. Everything has a sensible default — you can install and go.
Participation

Notifications

| Support notification recipients | Comma-separated emails alerted to new, unassigned guest threads. Falls back to the system email. |
| From name / From email | Override the sender for Pigeon emails. Blank uses your Craft system defaults. |
Attachments

Guest access & anti-spam
